Phase I clinical trials for new drugs using fMRI provides an opportunity to define efficacy, potential side effects, and comparative effects with the current standard (if available) in a small cohort of individuals. Our Phase I program is conducted at the MGH and has the following basic facilities.

  • GCRC facilities available at Hospital and Imaging Site
  • Novel Methodologies developed for fMRI Drug Evaluation
